Fergus is a founder Trustee, loves all things hospitality!
It all stemmed from his two year HND in Hospitality Management at the City of Glasgow College in 2013. Since then he has made it his mission to work in the best restaurants he possibly could, for example One Devonshire Gardens in Glasgow and his most recent position as a Sommelier at Number One Restaurant at The Balmoral in Edinburgh.
Hospitality was the only career choice he ever made and is glad to say it was the best move he has ever made!
Over the years Fergus has known many people including friends and family that have a been deeply affected by the fast paced hospitality industry, be it alcohol, drugs or mental health.
