A founder Trustee, Louise has worked in hospitality for just under 10 years.
Her career started out in the kitchen as a commis chef while studying at City Of Glasgow College following the HND in Professional Cookery, it was then on to a BA in Hospitality Management. She then decided to move front of house, and Louise is now a restaurant supervisor in a busy west end restaurant which she absolutely loves. In the space of time she has been in the industry, she has become more aware of mental health related issues. Louise was extremely saddened last year when she heard the news of her first head chef who took his own life, at that point Louise knew something had to be done to support those who are experiencing great stress in the industry.
