- What was your favourite subject at school? History & Classical Studies
- What was your first job? Night Porter in Dundrum House Hotel, lovely country house hotel & golf resort in Tipperary owned then by Hotelier extraordinaire Austin Crowe and his family.
- Which is your favourite restaurant /hotel? There are too many to choose from but my favourite three in no particular order would be Little Italy, Seafood Ristorante and of course 18 Rooftop Bar and Restaurant
- How do you inspire your team? leading from the front, mentoring, chatting with them over a coffee/ tea and making them feel valued and recognised for their dedication and commitment and challenge them to reach their Utopia.
- Which person in hospitality have you most admired / inspired you? Very fortunate to have come across great people in my career who saw something in me and have made me the Leader I am today, Austin Crowe Owner of Dundrum House Hotel, Pat McCann former MD of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group, Robert Cook former MD Of Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin, David Guile former, CEO MDH & Joanne Barratt Former Operations Director of Q Hotels & Ben Weprin, Founder of AJ Capital Partners.
- How do you manage your stress levels? Enjoying time out with my daughter Orla, walking with my labrador dog Bubbles, playing Golf with my friends and bite to eat & nice glass of Chablis with my fiancé Kerry

think you would be now? Presenting sports channels on TV. - What did you do on your last days off? Flew to Ireland with my daughter to celebrate my Mothers Mary 80th birthday
- What do you do to relax, to support your wellbeing? Golf, walking with my dog Bubbles and nice healthy meals with Kerry.
